Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 

When you make an order with us, we know you want your stuff as quickly as possible so you can get out on the track and we will do our best to make that happen!

In regards to Ohvale GP-0 motorcycles and all official Ohvale parts, accessories, and PMT tires, we strive to carry stock, to keep all of our customers on track, in our warehouse in Toronto.  For anything we do not have in stock, we will work closely with Ohvale SRL in Italy to have it shipped directly to you.  You will be responsible for all duties and tariffs related to international shipping if shipped directly from Ohvale SRL.

We also work closely with our other suppliers in order to have products shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.

Items will have availability status shown on the product page; if there is an unforeseen issue with availability we will contact you promptly after your order is placed.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss due to shipping company error or mishandling but we will work with our customers and the shipping companies to correctly handle any of these situations.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

You may return MOST new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging.   Ohvale motorcycles are not eligible for return once payment is received.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that were opened, used, missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

An exchanged item must be identical to the item purchased, in a larger or smaller size. Only the first exchange is free. Buyer pays shipping costs. All other reasons for exchange including color, model etc. will be subject to the standard return policies.
